Module 03

Global Patient Passport

A persistent digital health identity for the patient, while data stays legally attached to the organisations and jurisdictions that hold it. Consult elsewhere and SOLVIXMEDICAL retrieves the authorised history instead of creating an isolated new record.

Consent-driven

Flow

From presentation to accountable access

  1. 01

    Identify

The patient presents a passport ID, QR code or biometric match. The master patient index resolves the identity across every tenant.

  2. 02

    Discover

A federated query lists which organisations hold records — without disclosing their content until access is authorised.

  3. 03

    Consent

The patient grants scoped, time-limited access. Emergency break-glass exists, is justified, notified and permanently audited.

  4. 04

    Retrieve

Authorised records return as FHIR resources and are merged into a single longitudinal timeline and clinical summary.

  5. 05

    Account

Every access appears in the patient's own data-access log, with actor, purpose, legal basis and timestamp.

Emergency QR

Allergies, blood group, current medication and alerts, readable offline.

Digital health wallet

Certificates, prescriptions, immunisations and results held by the patient.

Trust network

Only accredited organisations may join cross-border exchange.
